West End Lottery operates as a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter. The draw is free to enter and is not a lottery or gambling product within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005.
West End Lottery reserves the right to run multiple draws in any given period, including a monthly Main Draw and additional draws run in partnership with show producers. Entry into the Main Draw constitutes automatic entry into any partner draws running in the same cycle, subject to eligibility.

West End Lottery reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
To enter, you must complete the registration form at westendlottery.com, providing your name, email address, postcode, and age range. You must also select the shows you wish to vote for and agree to receive communications from our show partners.
One registration covers all draws. You do not need to re-register for each draw cycle. You may update your show preferences at any time by logging in to your account.
Only one entry per person is permitted. We know how tempting it is to dig out that old Hotmail address. We love you, but not here. Duplicate registrations will be disqualified.
Main Draw. Each month, West End Lottery compiles a leaderboard of the most voted shows based on member preferences. The five most voted shows become the prizes for that month's draw. Winners are selected at random from all eligible members. Each winner may purchase one or two tickets to their allocated show at the price of £25 per ticket.
Partner draws. Where West End Lottery operates as the official lottery partner for a show, a separate draw may be held for that show's tickets. The terms of each partner draw will be communicated to members in advance. Entry is automatic for all eligible registered members.
West End Lottery reserves the right to vary the number of prizes, the draw schedule, and the prize allocation at any time.
Main Draw prizes consist of the opportunity to purchase one or two tickets to one of the five winning shows at £25 per ticket. Tickets are for centre stalls or other Band A seats, subject to venue layout and availability. West End Lottery will use reasonable endeavours to allocate the best available seats.
Partner draw prizes are determined by the relevant show partner and will be communicated to members at the time of each draw.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. If a winner is unable to attend, they may transfer their tickets to another person aged 18 or over, subject to notifying West End Lottery in advance.
West End Lottery accepts no responsibility for any failure by a show partner to supply prizes, for any cancellation or rescheduling of a show, or for any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. In the event that a prize cannot be fulfilled, we will use reasonable endeavours to offer an equivalent alternative.
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. The notification email will contain a time-limited link to purchase tickets. Winners must claim their tickets within 48 hours of notification. Unclaimed prizes will lapse and may be offered to another member.
West End Lottery reserves the right to publish winners' first names and draw dates for promotional purposes. No other personal information will be shared without consent.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activity requested by West End Lottery, including providing a brief testimonial or photograph.
Members who do not win a draw may receive a curated offer from one or more of our show partners, matched to their stated preferences. These offers are made available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
Consolation offers are supplied and fulfilled directly by show partners. West End Lottery acts as an introducer only. All booking and ticketing is handled by the relevant partner or their appointed ticketing agent. West End Lottery accepts no liability for the fulfilment of consolation offers.
Receipt of a consolation offer is not guaranteed and forms no part of the prize draw.
By registering, you agree to receive communications from West End Lottery relating to draw results, upcoming draws, and curated show offers from our partners. This consent is a condition of entry. You may withdraw consent and close your account at any time, though doing so will remove you from future draws.
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
West End Lottery will not sell your personal data to third parties. Show partners will receive only aggregated, anonymised data unless you have separately consented to individual data sharing.

West End Lottery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any draw at any time, and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or who acts in a manner that West End Lottery reasonably considers to be contrary to the spirit of the draw.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with the draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
